About the Role:
We're looking for a GTM Recruiter with a focus on hiring technical talent across teams such as sales, field engineering, customer success, professional services and support. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to build teams who are passionate about the web, understand modern developer workflows, technical infrastructure, and how to build relationships with technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Will Do:
Identify and engage top-tier candidates at respected companies who combine technical expertise with customer-facing skills, using creative sourcing strategies
Build and sustain consistent, high-quality candidate pipelines for technical go-to-market roles, focusing on quality over quantity while maintaining urgency
Screen candidates with deep understanding competencies such as: frontend development, Next.js, React, web performance and cloud infrastructure
Partner closely with hiring managers across the GTM organization to understand business needs and provide appropriate guidance
Analyze engagement data, response rates, and sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve outreach and candidate identification methods for GTM roles
Deliver outstanding candidate experiences that enhance Vercel's employer brand and successfully close top talent
About You:
You have 4+ years of experience recruiting for go-to-market roles, with specific experience in technical customer-facing positions (Support Engineers, Sales Engineers, Solutions Engineers, or Technical Account Managers
Experience recruiting in high-growth or high-velocity environments**,** where hiring priorities shift quickly and speed matters without compromising quality
Demonstrated understanding of / or has worked for modern web development, cloud technology companies
Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, whether using them for sourcing, candidate evaluation, or understanding how AI is shaping technical selling.
Ability to maintain high hiring standards while building strong pipelines for GTM teams, with experience achieving high offer acceptance rates and hiring manager satisfaction
Expertise in creative candidate identification beyond LinkedIn, including leveraging networks, communities, referrals, and social media to reach passive talent
Experience using recruiting metrics and data to optimize processes, understand what's working, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
You’ve been successful in building strong relationships with stakeholders. Resulting in your ability to influence hiring managers across GTM functions, provide feedback, and build trust across cross-functional teams
Bonus If You:
Have recruited for developer tools, infrastructure, or frontend technology companies with strong GTM functions
Are familiar with Vercel's technology stack, competitive landscape, and market positioning
Have built recruiting processes and systems for GTM teams from the ground up

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $240,000. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.
