About Vercel:

Vercel gives developers the tools and cloud infrastructure to build, scale, and secure a faster, more personalized web. As the team behind v0, Next.js, and AI SDK, Vercel helps customers like Ramp, Supreme, PayPal, and Under Armour build for the AI-native web.

Our mission is to enable the world to ship the best products. That starts with creating a place where everyone can do their best work. Whether you're building on our platform, supporting our customers, or shaping our story: You can just ship things.

About v0:

v0 is Vercel’s AI-powered UI assistant for full-stack application development in the enterprise. It helps product managers, designers, and business users accelerate product development by turning ideas into working interfaces quickly and securely.

About the role:

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our v0 GTM team. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with strategic problem solving to help prospects and customers adopt v0 successfully. You’ll work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements and roadmap direction. This role reports to the Head of v0 GTM and can be located remote (with anchor days if near a Vercel hub office).

If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.

About the v0 team:

The v0 team is focused on building a secure, UI assistant for full-stack application development in the enterprise. We operate like a Series A startup within Vercel, with all GTM roles reporting into the VP of Sales, v0**.** This structure allows us to move fast and stay nimble, operating with autonomy in decision-making, resource allocation, problem solving, and product development.

This also enables us to solve for a user persona that is distinct from Vercel—tech-adjacent roles like product managers, UX/UI designers, and business users of internal applications and dashboards.

We are still in the early stages of v0. Joining the team now means playing a critical role in shaping both our GTM motion and how the product evolves.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle by providing technical guidance, developing custom demos, and advising on POCs to showcase v0’s value.

  • Translate customer needs into clear problem statements and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape solutions and influence roadmap.

  • Support v0 GTM efforts, representing v0 at events and creating tools, content, and resources that drive product awareness and enthusiasm.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive decision-makers (CPOs, CTOs), demonstrating the value of v0 in accelerating and modernizing product development workflows

  • Operate in a fast-moving and fluid environment, where responsibilities can extend beyond pre-sales technical advisory.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or product-focused role.

  • Passionate about v0 and how it can enable tech-adjacent personas to prototype and ship their ideas

  • You’re comfortable using Tailwind and shadcn/ui to build frontend UI.

  • Experience engaging with both executive stakeholders and end users.

  • Ability to distill complex customer asks into actionable product insights.

  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.

Bonus If You:

  • Have experience working in early-stage, high-growth teams.

  • Bring expertise in design systems development or UI design software

  • Have deployed modern web applications (e.g., Next.js, React, or similar) into production environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.

  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.

  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.

  • Flexible Time Off.

  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

The San Francisco, CA pay range for this role is $201,000 - $303,000 OTE. Actual OTE will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location, and the total package includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
