  • Familiarity with assessment methods specific to G&A roles and how to evaluate functional expertise effectively through various stages of the interview process

  • Ability to maintain high hiring standards while building strong pipelines for G&A teams, with experience achieving high offer acceptance rates and hiring manager satisfaction

  • Experience using recruiting metrics and data to optimize processes, understand what's working, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders

  • You've been successful in building strong relationships with functional leaders and can effectively communicate about complex business requirements

Bonus If You:

  • Have recruited for G&A functions in high-growth SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure technology companies

  • Are familiar with Vercel's business model, operational needs, and growth trajectory

  • Have previous experience working in a G&A function such as finance, legal, accounting, or people operations

  • Have built G&A recruiting processes and assessment frameworks from the ground up
